eCall是一项首先由欧盟推出、应用于汽车的自动紧急救援呼叫系统。NG eCall是基于(EU)2015/758法规要求的下一代紧急呼叫系统，具备更快速可靠的响应能力，进一步保障驾乘人员生命安全。根据（EU）2024/1180号法规，自2025年1月1日起至2027年1月1日，车辆将逐步过渡到NG eCall。
